Meet our Team

Our staff continually attend training courses to ensure that they are equipped with the current teaching approaches.  They are completely dedicated to our Pre-School children and are always caring and sympathetic to each child's individual needs.

Our Ofsted inspection report in September 2017 reported that:

"Staff plan a wide range of interesting activities that motivates children to play and learn.  They support children well to make good progress in their development, given their individual starting points."

"Staff are well qualified and supported to develop further knowledge and skills."

"Effective and flexible settling-in procedures enable staff to meet the needs of all children.  A wealth of information is gathered from parents to help key persons get to know children and their families.  Children settle quickly and develop secure emotional attachments to staff."

"Staff use effective observation, planning and assessment procedures to ensure they have a good understanding about what children know and what they need to learn next.  Staff skillfully extend children's learning as they play".

"The manager and staff monitor the progress of individual children very effectively.  They target the gaps in children's learning to help them to catch up."
